Hanna Fischer, the owner of Fitec-CNC GmbH, is a spammer.

Hello everyone! My name is Robert Luo, and I am the managing director of Vast Precision, a CNC contract manufacturer based in China. This page is intended to uncover the behavior of deceit of the owner of Fitec-CNC GmbH, 26-year-old Hanna Fischer, and to give a warning to anyone who is considering supplying any turned and milled parts to Fitec-CNC GmbH.

In March 2025, we received two trial orders from Fitec-CNC. The payment term we proposed at first was “50% in advance, and remaining payment before shipping”. Hanna refused it. Our team discussed and thought that Fitec-CNC might perhaps grow to be a big buyer. As a gesture of goodwill for our business partnership, we changed the payment term to “50% in advance, and remaining payment upon delivery”, which Hanna gladly accepted. She paid the two deposits in mid and late April (much later than what she promised).

She transferred the two deposits in mid- and late-April- significantly later than initially promised. We completed production in early- and mid-May and shipped the parts to Germany. Deliveries were made in mid- and late-May. The parts passed inspection, but Hanna failed to pay the remaining balances as agreed.

After repeated follow-up emails, she finally responded on August 1, sending two bank receipts as proof of payment. However, as of October 31, 2025, we still have not received these payments. After checking with our bank weeks ago, we learned that the sender (Hanna Fischer) likely recalled both transfers immediately after initiating them. The bank receipts she provided were falsified.

Despite our continued attempts to reach Hanna through email, text messages, phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xing, Teams, and other channels, she appears to have vanished entirely. She is, in fact, an experienced scammer. Don’t be fooled by her tactics.
